Anyone have anything to say about the new Shawn? Do you like him?
I don't care for him - he seems too old and "rough". The old Shawn could be a hot-head but still had a soft, sort of vulnerable side that was appealing. This new Shawn looks like he's done a lot of living for his years.

And he's a low-talker... always mumbling. I hate that.

Tue, November 21, 2006 - 11:28 AMI like the new Shawn... he's a better WAY better actor and I like that he has these edges. It makes sense for him to be edgier because of where Shawn has come from. His parents werent the best.
Belle is amazing. I like her interactions with Sami and Victor and Claire. She's believable as a young mother with a helluva lot on her plate. -

Thu, November 23, 2006 - 5:04 AMI've just got to say, after seeing Shawn's behavior these past several weeks, and thinking about his behavior over the course of the last few years, I've got to say he's either the stupidest character ever written, or the most insensitive. Or perhaps the most immature.
I find Belle and Shawn to be fairly tiresome when they're together. I think they'd be much more interesting apart. Would love to see Sean go bad for a while.
Give me Sammy anyday. -

Tue, July 24, 2007 - 5:14 AMTotal agreement about Sami. She's is the main reason I watch the show. I love that they FINALLY allowed her to mature, but still keep her impetuous and hot-headed. She's such a great character, and Allison Sweeney just embodies her so well.
